Keith and Tom at KLW decorated our living room, dining room and study for us when we moved into our new house. They then came back to decorate our newly refurbished kitchen and our daughter's room.
I'd have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for an excellent painting and decorating service. Keith and Tom were a pleasure to deal with. They were both friendly, polite, conscientious and very trustworthy. We didn't feel like we needed to monitor them at all while they were working. Keith was very good at keeping us informed and offered us excellent advice on how to decorate the rooms. We had other work happening at the same time so it was great to be able to leave them to it and know they'd get on with it to a very high standard.
I also felt they offered very good value for money, particularly given the high standard of work. When we added a couple of extra things to the to-do list after they'd arrived, Keith priced them very fairly.
We'll be dealing with them again without hesitation when we need painting and decorating done in future.
The KWL guys were brilliant from start to finish. They did some work at our old place, but having just moved we wanted the lounge/diner completely redone (from the dingy purple to the bright blue and light grey). Keith came to price the job and provided advice on paint/materials. Then managed to get us slotted in around outside jobs meaning it was done a lot quicker than we expected. It is an old house so there was lots of filling involved which has been done beautifully. Keith and Tom are both brilliant at what they do and clean with it. Cannot fault the service and would never go anywhere else.
I arranged for Keith to redecorate three rooms in the house which were in serious need of repair. Keith was very friendly over the call and visited within two days giving us a competitive and detailed overview to the work we required. The work itself was carried out perfectly with gaps, holes and repairs to the walls. Overall we were extremely pleased with the great work completed and we will undoubtedly hire Keith again for future work and recommend him in the Southend / Essex areas.
